How much does it cost to use your platform?
It's free. All services are free of charge. We do not charge commission or other fees for listing auctions. In the future, we will offer additional paid services, but this will not affect the basic mechanisms; it will be a form of supporting our platform.
How do I list an item for auction?
After logging into your account, select the "List an item" option. Then fill in the auction details, such as the description of the item, starting price, duration of the auction, and add photos of the item. Once confirmed, your item will be visible on the auction page.
How can I make an offer on an item?
To make an offer, you must be logged into your account. Then find the item you are interested in and enter the amount you want to offer in the "Make an offer" field. After clicking the confirm button, your offer will be registered.
Can I cancel an offer?
In most cases, submitted offers are binding and cannot be canceled. However, in exceptional situations, you can contact customer service to discuss the possibility of cancellation. In case of an error in the offer, e.g., the amount, you can edit your auction yourself.
